Very Large Enclosures

  • This 92"W x176"L x 133"T enclosure featured 4 lift-off doors and grips.
  • This big boy is 144"W x 244"L x 194"T with (3) 19,200 CFM fans
  • A big 'ole hole for the compressor connection. Put a flange and a huge piece of rubber on it and call it done.
  • A look at the other side. Those blocks of wood are holding up the air box until it is fastened to the end panel.
  • That's better. That was making me nervous.
  • 19,200 CFM fans are forklifted to their positions on the roof.
  • We used 3" sq. tube for the 156"W x 180"L x 96"T frame and then recessed aluminum panels. Doesn't it look nice?

Installation

  • Slowly lower the enclosure over your equipment.
  • A little to the right.
  • Not my right, your right!
  • No, I meant left! Go left!
  • Perfect. Wasn't that easy?
  • This is a very large unit, panels all labeled, unassembled, palletized and ready to go. Yes, you will receive an installation manual.
  • Typically we put the fan inside the enclosure on the flatbed. So look inside before you call us about your missing fan.
  • Open all four doors and place the fork tines like so.
  • Slowly lift up the unit and start moving. Make sure someone is holding the doors so they don't flap around like a fish out of water.
  • Gently place the enclosure on the truck, or floor, or over your equipment, or in your back yard so your wife can't find you. You get the idea.
  • You can link a chain through the lifting lugs and pick up the enclosure by the chain.
